Abstract	Investment has a very crucial role from the point of view of national economy. For any country, investment, as well as business ethics, is necessarily to create a good business environment. The rate of growth of the economy and employment is directly related to the level of investment and business ethics. This study mainly concerns about the contribution of private domestic investment towards multidimensional business opportunities including employment creation in Mettu Town of Ethiopia.
