Abstract	У роботі досліджено економічна сутність обліку та теоретичні аспекти аудиту виплат працівникам. Проведений аналіз обліку виплат працівникам виявив недоліки на основі яких були розроблені методи удосконалення організації обліку виплат працівникам підприємства за допомогою впровадження резерву відпусток та резерву премій. Також нововведенням є і саме преміювання працівників. The economic essences of accounting and theoretical aspects of employee pay audit are investigated. The analysis of employee benefits accounting revealed the shortcomings on the basis of which methods were developed to improve the organization of employee benefits accounting through the introduction of vacation and bonus provisions. Also the innovation is the very bonus of employees.
