Abstract	There are lots of motivational gurus all over the world and they are doing a great job trying to transform people's lives for the better. However, motivation is not considered profoundly by leadership experts in many countries, Ukraine in particular. Hence, a huge amount of students are not motivated enough to release their full potential.
