Транспарентність як засада організації та діяльності прокуратури

Abstract

У статті розглядається засада транспарентності. Метою статті є визначення засади транспарентності, а також її значення для організації й діяльності прокуратури. Досліджено місце транспарентності в системі засад прокуратури. На підставі аналізу різних підходів обґрунтовано, що прозорість (транспарентність) доцільно розглядати саме як засаду організації та діяльності прокуратури, що має інституціональний характер, поширюючись як на організаційні, так і функціональні її аспекти.

The article considers the principle of transparency. The purpose of the article is to determine the principle of transparency, as well as its significance for the organization and activities of the prosecutor's office. The place of transparency in the system of principles of the prosecutor's office has been studied. Based on the analysis of different approaches, it is substantiated that transparency (transparency) should be considered as a principle of organization and activity of the prosecutor's office, which has an institutional character, extending to both organizational and functional aspects.
