Abstract	У статті відмічається, що виникнення непідприємницьких товариств обумовлено їх правовою та економічною природою, як прагнення людини створити комфортну середу мешкання та можливості її формування за власним розсудом, шляхом поєднання інтересів у різних видах для соціальних, благодійних, освітянських, наукових, культурних та інших цілей, спрямованих на досягнення соціальних благ. Визначений спеціальний правовий статус та ознаки непідприємницьких товариств.
