Автоматизація обліку реалізації продукції

Abstract

Основною метою дослідження є розробка автоматизованої системи обліку реалізації продукції. У роботі досліджено сутність процесу реалізації продукції, проведений аналіз існуючих інформаційних системи на підприємстві. Сформовано схему всього бізнес-процесу реалізації продукції та його обліку за допомогою IDEF-технології. Також, у роботі представлений опис повної організаційної структури підприємства та визначені види наявних у ній функціональних зв’язків. Наведені основні вимоги до створюваного web-додатку. Відповідно до встановлених вимог була спроектована архітектура web-додатку, яка включає програмну, адміністративну та клієнтські частини. Розрахована економічна ефективність від впровадження розробленої системи на підприємстві.

The main aim of this research is to develop an automated accounting system for product sales. The essence of the product sales process is investigated in the work, the analysis of the existing information systems at the enterprise is carried out. The scheme of all business process of realization of production and its accounting by means of IDEF-technology was formed. Also, the paper presents the complete organizational structure of the enterprise and identifies the types of functional connections available in it. The basic requirements to the created web-application are resulted. In accordance with the established requirements, the architecture of the web-application was designed, which includes software, administrative and client parts. Economic efficiency from the implementation of the developed system at the enterprise is calculated.
