Функціонування пенсійної системи України, Великобританії та США: порівняльно-правова характеристика

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему пенсійної системи України. А також повний аналіз пенсійної системи, яка існує в Україні, США та Великобританії. Можливість пенсійного забезпечення для будь-якої країни у світі це можливість для повної реалізації владою своїх функцій, також досягненню мети держави – повне соціальне забезпечення своїх громадян. В Україні існування тільки солідарної системи викликає ряд проблем. Одна з яких – працюючого населення менше, аніж людей, які потребують пенсію.

The article considers the problem of the pension system of Ukraine. As well as a full analysis of the pension system that exists in Ukraine, the United States and the United Kingdom. The possibility of pension provision for any country in the world is an opportunity for the government to fully realize its functions, as well as to achieve the goal of the state - the full social security of its citizens. In Ukraine, the existence of only a solidarity system causes a number of problems. One of them is that the working population is smaller than the people who need a pension.
