Abstract	Одним із незалежних факторів розвитку серцево-судинних ускладнень є гіпертрофія лівого шлуночка. З кожним роком з’являється все більше публікацій, які доводять, що ця проблема є генетично обумовленою. Одним из независимых факторов развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений является гипертрофия левого желудочка. С каждым годом появляется все больше публикаций, доказывающих, что эта проблема является генетически обусловленной. One of the independent factors of development of cardio-vascular complications is in left ventricular hypertrophy. Each year more and more publication appear that prove this problem is genetically determined.
