Зв’язок державного регулювання освіти та структури національної економіки в контексті становлення постіндустріального суспільного укладу

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості становлення нового типу суспільних від- носин — постіндустріального суспільства, виділено його основні риси та чинники, що можна простежити в структурі національних економік країн світу. У процесі дос- лідження було використано як загальнонаукові, так і спеціальні методи, серед яких: метод індукції та дедукції, аналізу і синтезу — при дослідженні основних теоретич- них засад зв’язку державного регулювання освіти та структури національної еконо- міки в контексті становлення постіндустріального суспільного укладу; графічний та компаративний методи — при дослідженні особливостей структурної будови націо- нальних економік в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи, а також частки їх дер- жавних витрат на освіту; метод логічного узагальнення — при формуванні висновків і перспектив подальших досліджень. Виділення не вирішених раніше частин загальної проблеми. При цьому питанню ґрунтовного аналізу особливостей розвитку структури національних економік і ви- явленню зв’язку з державним регулюванням освіти присвячено недостатньо уваги. Метою статті є дослідження наявності зв’язку між державним регулюванням освіти на структурою національної економіки в контексті становлення постіндустріального суспільного укладу. На основі цього проведено загальний аналіз галузевої структури національних еко- номік через зміну валової доданої вартості за видами економічної діяльності в краї- нах Центральної та Східної Європи у порівнянні з Україною, а також технологічної структури (через імпорт та експорт окремих видів виробництв). Це дозволило ви- явити наявність значного зв’язку між заходами державного регулювання освіти та досягненням основних індикаторів становлення інформаційного суспільства.

In the article the peculiarities of the formation of a new type of social relations — the postindustrial society, are outlined, its main features and factors are described, which can be traced in the structure of national economies of the countries. During the research, both general scientific and special methods were used, including the method of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis for studiing the basic theoretical foundations of the connection between the state regulation of education and the structure of the national economy in the context of becoming a post-industrial social system; graphical and comparative methods in order to research the peculiarities of the structural structure of national economies in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the share of their public expenditure on education; method of generalization for making conclusions and prospects for further research. Highlighting previously unresolved parts of a common problem. To the issue the peculiarities of the development of the structure of national economies and the identification of links with state regulation of education have been paid not enough attention. The purpose of the article is to investigate the relationship between state regulation of education with the structure of the national economy in the context of becoming a post-industrial social way. On the basis of this, a general analysis of the sectoral structure of national economies was conducted through the change in gross value added by type of economic activity in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in comparison with Ukraine, as well as the technological structure (through the import and export of certain types of productions). This made it possible to find a significant connection between the measures of state regulation of education and the achievement of the main indicators of the formation of the post-industrial society.
