Abstract	Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до кластерного аналізу областей України за показниками інноваційної активності, який ґрунтується на розподілі регіонів за групами використовуючи кластеризацію методом k-середніх та ієрархічні алгоритми кластерного аналізу. Визначені основні інструменти державного та регіонального впливу в інноваційній сфері. Разработаны научно-методический подход K-кластерного анализа областей Украины по показателям инновационной активности, основанный на распределении регионов по группам используя кластеризацию методом k-средних и иерархические алгоритмы кластерного анализа. Определены основные инструменты государственного и регионального влияния в инновационной сфере. A scientific and methodological approach to cluster analysis of regions of Ukraine in terms of innovation activity, which is based on the distribution of regions by groups using clustering by k-means and hierarchical algorithms of cluster analysis are developed. The main instruments of state and regional influence in the innovation sphere are identified.
