Особливості ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери представників студентського самоврядування закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

Нами було проаналізовано певна кількість підходів до вивчення ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери, включаючі напрацювання українських дослідників, які безпосередньо вивчали або цінності, або мотиви студентської молоді. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані психологами, молодіжними працівниками, соціальними працівниками, громадськими діячами, адміністрацією ЗВО для підвищення ефективності роботи студентського активу. Крім того, дана робота допоможе й самим активістам зробити свою діяльність більш ефективною. Враховуючи специфіку діяльності представників студентського самоврядування ЗВО (відсутність часу для індивідуальної роботи з психологом задля роботи над власною ЦМС), наша дипломна робота допоможе ефективно це зробити у формі групового тренінгу за відносно короткий термін часу.

Нами были проанализированы определенное количество подходов к изучению ценностно-мотивационной сферы, включающие наработки украинских исследователей, непосредственно изучали или ценности, или мотивы студенческой молодежи. Результаты исследования могут быть применены психологами, молодежными работниками, социальными работниками, общественными деятелями, администрацией ЗВО для повышения эффективности работы студенческого актива. Кроме того, данная работа поможет и самим активистам сделать свою деятельность более эффективной.

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the theoretical and empirical investigation of peculiarities of the value-motivational sphere (VMS) of representatives of higher educational institutions’ (HEIs) student self-government and the development of the training program on self-discovery and their self-development of own value-motivational sphere. The paper comprises the introduction, three sections, conclusions; it involves 4 pictures, 7 charts, 36 references. The first section deals with the research of theoretical aspects of studying the value-motivational sphere of representatives of higher educational institutions’ student self-government. The second section reveals the outcomes of empirical investigation concerning the comparison between the value-motivational sphere of representatives of higher educational institutions’ student self-government and of students who do not belong to this list. The third section shows the expediency of group training use that is oriented on existential psychology and is aimed at fulfilling the goal of the developed training program, namely helping student self-government representatives to master self-discovery and self-development of their own value-motivational sphere. The representatives of higher educational institutions’ student self-government have been proved to obtain peculiarities in the value-motivational sphere’s structure. In particular, their structure is more homogeneous with the dominance of values and motives that are aimed at society, creativity and independence.
