Abstract	Протягом всієї творчості Казимир Малевич пише і малює портрети. Деякі з цих творів є програмними. Звертається митець і до автопортретів. Один з перших автопортретів Малевича з’являється у другій половині 1900-х років. Художник звертається до них в усі періоди своєї творчості. Автопортрети свідчать й про набуті та втрачені ілюзії митця. Throughout his career, Kazimir Malevich painted and drawn portraits. Some of these works are important. The artist also painted self-portraits. One of Malevich’s first self-portraits was created in the second half of the 1900s. The artist worked on self-portraits in different periods of his creation path. Self-portraits are the evidence of the artist's gained and lost illusions.
