Abstract	One of the modern phenomena of the national economy is shadowing, some aspects of which are thoroughly investigated by scientists from around the world.Some researchers consider the introduction of innovative financial technologies aimed at increasing the transparency of financial transactions and withdrawing cash flows from the shadows as an instrument for de-shadowing the national economy. At the same time, today the role of innovative financial technologies in the policy of the national economy's de-shadowing has not been precisely defined either at national or international levels.
