Теоретико-правові проблеми державного контролю за діяльністю служби судової охорони

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розкриттю сутності та правових засад державного контролю за діяльністю Служби судової охорони та висвітлення основних теоретико-правових проблем у вказаній сфері. Автором розглянуто підходи вітчизняних вчених до сутності поняття контролю та державного контролю у сфері правосуддя. Встановлено, що науковці розглядають державний контроль увузькому значенні як контроль органів виконавчої влади.

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence and legal principles of state control over the activities of the Judicial Protection Service and coverage of the main theoretical and legal problems in this area. The author considers the approaches of domestic scientists to the essence of the concept of control and state control in the field of justice. It is established that scientists consider state control in a narrow sense as the control of executive bodies.
