Abstract	Підручник присвячено державі як юридичній категорії. Розглядається її походження, сутність та символіка. Питома увага приділяється функціям та механізму держави, основним елементам її форми: правлінню, устрою та режиму. Спеціальна група розділів присвячена типології держави як втіленню державно-правової компаративістики. Призначено для студентів, які навчаються за спеціальністю 081 «Право». The textbook is devoted to the state as a legal category. Its origin, essence and symbolism are considered. Particular attention is paid to the functions and mechanism of the state, the main elements of its form: government, system and regime. A special group of sections is devoted to the typology of the state as the embodiment of state and legal comparative studies. Designed for students majoring in 081 "Law".
