Abstract	The purpose of research was study itrarenal blood flow at newborn with hypoxemic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) heavy degree. By dopplerography method is surveyed 22 term newborn in the age of from 1 about 20 days of life. Changes in renal arterial Doppler flow may identify parenchymal disease, but in newborns knowledge of normal physiological parameters is a prerequisite for correct interpretation. After asphyxia there was a significant fall velocity in extrarenal vessels and the flow velocity markedly increased in intrarenal vessels.
