Адміністративно-правовий механізм протидії рейдерству в Україні

Abstract

Сучасний етап державотворення характеризується активними політико-правовими трансформаціями, що загострює проблему появи низки ризиків для різних сфер суспільних відносин. За цих умов однією з важливих задач залишається захист національної економіки, забезпечення безперешкодної реалізації соціальних прав громадян, стрімке погіршення інвестиційного клімату тощо. Окреслені проблемні аспекти вимагають уваги в нинішній, без применшення, складний період перебігу соціальних процесів. Варто зауважити, що виділені проблемні питання у комплексі вимагають уваги й тому, що умовно об’єднані такою загрозою як вчинення рейдерських атак на майно господарюючих суб’єктів.

The current stage of state formation is characterized by active political and legal transformations, which exacerbates the problem of a number of risks for various spheres of public relations. Under these conditions, one of the important tasks remains the protection of the national economy, ensuring the unimpeded realization of social rights of citizens, the rapid deterioration of the investment climate, and so on. The outlined problematic aspects require attention in the current, without diminishing, difficult period of social processes. It is worth noting that the selected problematic issues in the complex require attention because they are conditionally united by such a threat as raider attacks on the property of economic entities.
