Abstract	Автор на досвіді власної політичної діяльності веде розмову про складні перипетії формування політичної системи незалежноїУкраїни 90-х років минулого століття. Аналізується виборче законодавство, протистояння політичних сил, колізію депутатської діяльності та причини повільних зрушень в житті нашої держави. The author, on the experience of his own political activity, talks about the complex vicissitudes of the formation of the political system of independent Ukraine in the 90s of last century. The election legislation, confrontation of political forces, conflict of deputy activity and the reasons of slow changes in the life of our state are analyzed.
