Abstract

Охорона здоров'я - найважливіша соціальна сфера суспільства, від стану якої залежить не тільки здоров'я населення, а й політична стабільність держави. Здоров'я населення - це основа його добробуту, розвитку суспільства в його соціальному, економічному вираженні. Останнім часом проблеми здоров'я населення неодноразово розглядалися в зв'язку зі зміцнення безпеки країни, розробкою невідкладних заходів щодо підтримки здоров'я менш захищених груп населення в складних умовах соціально-економічних перетворень.
