Успішне та перспективне впровадження стратегічного управління на підприємстві дозволяє значно знизити вплив невизначеності середовища, підвищити здатність протистояти негативним факторам, забезпечити досягнення конкурентних переваг, формувати позитивний імідж. Саме тому особливо актуальними стають питання, пов’язані з якісним обліково-аналітичним забезпеченням даного процесу на підприємстві, зростає значення аналізу й обґрунтування стратегії його розвитку. Стратегічні рішення визначають загальний напрям вектору розвитку підприємства, його ефективність й життєстійкість в різних умовах.
