Abstract	The final paper is devoted to studying features of the development of the international e-commerce market. The essence and features of e-commerce are described. E-commerce sectors are described. Features of e-commerce in Portugal on the example of the Continent are also described. Prospects for the development of e-commerce in the future and the strategy for the development of e-commerce in Ukraine are considered. Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей розвитку міжнародного ринку електронної комерції. Описано сутність та особливості електронної комерції. Охарактеризовано сектори електронної комерції. Також описані особливості електронної комерції в Португаліїї на прикладі Контіненте. Розглянуто перспективи розвитку електронної комерції в майбутньому та стратегію розвитку електронної комерції в Україні.
