Світовий ринок кави

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота фокусується на дослідженні світового ринку кави, та відображенні тенденцій його розвитку на локальний український ринок. Для досягнення мети роботи було проаналізовано хактерні риси та особливості розвитку світового ринку кави. Особливу увагу було приділено дослідженню сучасного стану ринку та особливостям його сегментування. Також проведено аналіз локального українського ринку кави, а також детально описано процес імпорту кави, та нормативно-парвове регулювання цього процесу. Івиявлено проблеми і перспективи їх функціонування світового ринку кави.

The qualifying bachelor's thesis focuses on studying the world coffee market and reflecting trends in its development on the local Ukrainian market. To achieve the goal of the work were analyzed the characteristic features and peculiarities of the growth of the world coffee market. Particular attention was paid to studying the current state of the market and the peculiarities of its segmentation. Also conducted an analysis of the local Ukrainian coffee market and a detailed description of this process's coffee import and regulatory regulations. Problems and prospects of their functioning in the world coffee market are revealed.
