Abstract	The endurance of the graphite tube furnaces by V-test was investigated. The analytical lifetime of furnaces and number of heating before final breakage was defined. The comparison of furnaces of the various producers on above-mentioned parameters was carried out and the reasons of its different endurance are considered.
