Abstract	В роботі досліджені операції с постачальниками на підприємстві з продажу та ремонту комп’ютерної техніки. Праналізовано бізнес-процеси підприємства. Створена конфігурація управління автоматизацією обліку операцій за допомогою програми 1С «Предприятие», яка призначена для підвищення продуктивності та ефективності, а в подальшому збільшення і збільшення прибутку шляхом підвищення кількості виконаних операцій за певний проміжок часу. The paper examinesthe operations with suppliers at the enterprise for the sale and repair of computer equipment. The business processes of the enterprise are analyzed. The configuration of management of automation of the account of operations by means of the 1C "Enterprise" program which is intended for increase of productivity and efficiency, and further increase and increase in profit by increase in number of the executed operations for a certain period of time is created.
