Abstract	В роботі дослідженo стан автоматизації обробки замовлень клієнтів банку на обслуговування, створено моделі бізнес-процесів у нотаціях IDEF0, IDEF3 і DFD. Розглянута структуру та особливості веб-додатку, сформовані вимоги до webдодатку, розроблена архітектура web-додатку для реалізації інформаційного та алгоритмічного забезпечення. Наведена інструкцію по використанню. The state of automation of processing of bank orders for service is investigated in the work, models of business processes in notations IDEF0, IDEF3 and DFD are created. The structure and features are considered, the requirements to the web-application are formed, the architecture of the prototype for realization of information and algorithmic providing is developed. The instructions for use are given.
