Abstract	В роботі досліджено процес реалізації послуг та товарів в студії стретчингу. Обґрунтовано створення веб-орієнтованої інформаційної системи студії стретчингу «By Mira». Виділені основні вимоги до створюваної веборієнтованої системи. Здійснений аналіз інформаційних потоків та бізнеспроцесів підприємства. Розроблено веб-орієнтовану інформаційну систему для студії стретчингу. The process of product and service sales in a stretching studio was studied in this work. The creation of a web-oriented informational system for the stretching studio "By Mira" was substantiated. Main requirements for the web-oriented system under creation were given. The analysis of information flows and business processes of the enterprise was carried out. A web-oriented system was developed for the stretching studio.
