Аналіз венчурного інвестування в підприємництві на прикладі Edtech-компаній

Abstract

Метою роботи є на основі аналізу зробити висновки, щодо перспектив розвитку сфери Edtech та її фінансування в досліджуваних країнах. Та зробити аналіз бізнес моделі кампанії Guild Education У першому розділі «Аналіз ринку Edtech» розглянуто загальні поняття, ринку освітніх технологій та венчурних інвестицій в світі. А також проаналізовані найбільші Edtech компанії України. У другому розділі «Аналіз світових венчурних інвестицій в Edtech по країнах» проаналізовано світові венчурні інвестиції в сферу Edtech на чотирьох найбільших ринках: Китаї, Індії, США, Європейського союзу та Великобританії. Також були проаналізовані проблеми та можливості розвитку Edtech сфери в кожній країні. Були сформовані списки стартапів єдинорогів, а на риках де їх не було або було мало були складені списки стартапів, що отримали фінансування більше 100 млн. дол. США. У третьому розділі «Аналіз компанії сфери Edtech на прикладі Guild Education» було описано історію компанії, названі засновники, короткий опис діяльності кампанії. Також була складена бізнес модель Lean Canvas, та проаналізовані венчурні інвестиції, що залучала компанія.

The aim of the work is to draw conclusions based on the analysis of the prospects for the development of Edtech and its financing in the studied countries. And also the largest Edtech companies of Ukraine are analyzed. The second section, "Analysis of global venture investment in Edtech by country", analyzes global venture investment in Edtech in the four largest markets: China, India, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Problems and opportunities for Edtech development in each country were also analyzed. Lists of unicorn startups were formed, and lists of startups with more than $ 100 million in funding were compiled in markets where there were none or few. USA. The third section "Analysis of the Edtech company on the example of Guild Education" described the history of the company, named the founders, a brief description of the campaign. The business model Lean Canvas was also compiled, and the venture investments attracted by the company were analyzed.
