Abstract |
The COVID-19 pandemic tested the strength of the Ukrainian healthcare system. At the same time, it provided high-powered incentives to improve measures to implement the second stage of health care reform The admission department is one of the most important hospital departments, which receives consumers of medical services in need of a qualifying examination and hospitalization under the protocol. |
