Abstract	In women with hypertension of the 2nd and 3rd degrees, Ob I-III degrees and DD of the heart there is: a significant decrease in the content of adiponectin in the blood with increasing leptin levels; increase in the number of atherogenic lipid fractions and increase in the content of systemic inflammatory response factors in the blood with maximum values in persons with BMI more than 39.9 kg / m2.
