Формування міжнародних стратегічних альянсів

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність міжнародних стратегічних альянсів, їх основні види. Визначено основні фактори, які впливають на формування міжнародних стратегічних спілок. Зроблено аналіз впливу та взаємозв’язок глобалізаційних процесів та формуванням міжнародних стратегічних альянсів. Визначено мотиви та вигоди для учасників міжнародних стратегічних спілок. Основною метою цього дослідження є виявлення зв’язку між впливом формування міжнародних альянсів та успіхом компаній, що їх утворюють.

The master’s thesіs focuses on the essence of international strategic alliances, its main types. The essence of international strategic alliances, their main types are investigated in the work. The main factors influencing the formation of international strategic unions are identified. An analysis of the impact and relationship of globalization processes and the formation of international strategic alliances. Motives and benefits for participants of international strategic unions are determined. The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the impact of the formation of international alliances and the success of the companies that form them.
