Abstract |
An 8-mm microwave interferometer with frequency conversion for plasma density measurements has been constructed and tested for plasma of RF ion source. In this interferometer a new method for reference intermediate frequency signal shaping is used. It consists in microwave resonator (wave meter) using. In this case interferometer has vary high long-time phase stability.
