Abstract

Мета даної роботи – дослідити стратегічне управління бузнес-струкркрою. Об’єкт дослідження – стратегічна діяльність підприємства. Метод дослідження – аналіз, порівняння, прогнозування. У першому розділі роботи розглянуто теоретичні аспекти стратегічного управління бізнес-структурою. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз рганізаційно-економічного механізму стратегічного управління підприємством. У третьому розділі роботи досліджено шляхи підвищення ефективності діяльністю підприємства через оптимізацію стратегічного управління.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the strategic management of business structures. The object of research is the strategic activity of the enterprise. Research method - analysis, comparison, forecasting. The first section considers the theoretical aspects of strategic management of the business structure. In the second section of the work the analysis of the organizational and economic mechanism of strategic management of the enterprise is carried out. The third section explores ways to increase the efficiency of the enterprise through the optimization of strategic management.
