Abstract	Дослідження присвячене свободі слова як одному з головних принципів прав людини. Необхідність дотримання свободи людини є вектором цивільного суспільства. Ця проблема важлива, бо людина – найвища соціальна цінність демократичної держави. Исследование посвящено свободе слова как одному из основных принципов прав человека. The research deals with freedom of speech as a principle of human rights. The necessity of ensuring human freedom is a vector of civil society. It is important because a man is the highest social value of any democratic state.
