Abstract

Актуальність теми роботи полягає у необхідності наукового обґрунтування проблеми формування ефективної логістичної системи торговельного підприємства як важливого чинника забезпечення конкурентоспроможності бізнесу та ефективного задоволення потреб споживачів. Метою бакалаврського дослідження є розроблення концепції формування ефективної логістичної системи підприємства, спрямованої на максимізацію прибутку та забезпечення конкурентних переваг підприємства в сфері торгівлі. Завдання роботи: узагальнити сутнісну характеристику логістичної системи підприємства; визначити методичні підходи до формування ефективної логістичної системи підприємства; надати організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Філіп Морріс сейлз енд дистриб`юшн»; проаналізувати стан управління ланцюгами поставок продукції в логістичній діяльності підприємства; провести оцінку рівня надійності логістичної системи підприємства; розкрити концептуальні підходи до формування ефективної логістичної системи підприємства; оцінити прогнозні сценарії ефективності функціонування логістичної системи підприємства на перспективу. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування ефективної логістичної системи торговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти формування і використання інструментів логістичної системи підприємства сфери торгівлі. Методи дослідження – діалектичний, факторний, економіко-статистичний, монографічний, методи економіко математичного моделювання, абстрактно-логічний. Наукова новизна дослідження: розроблено концепцію і модель організації інтегрованої логістичної системи торговельного підприємства через моделювання сценаріїв розвитку подій і їх впливу на управління логістичними процесами та отримання синергетичного ефекту. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в розробці теоретико-практичних аспектів формування ефективної логістичної системи підприємства на основі вдосконалення управління логістичними процесами та посилення його впливу на забезпечення ефективності господарювання підприємства торговельної сфери. Результати дослідження в частині моделювання організації інтегрованої логістичної системи в бізнесі введено в практику діяльності ТОВ «ФМСД». Пропозиції щодо застосування сценарного підходу до визначення величини валового прибутку залежно від зміни чистого доходу і собівартості реалізованої продукції за рахунок впливу прибутку і витрат торговельного підприємства на формування показників надійності логістичної системи прийнято до уваги з подальшою їх реалізацією.

The relevance of the topic lies in the need for scientific justification of the problem of forming an effective logistics system of a commercial enterprise as an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of business and effective satisfaction of consumer needs. The aim of research is development of the concept for the formation of an effective logistics system of the enterprise, aimed at maximizing profits and ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise in the field of trade. Objectives of research are: to generalize the essential characteristics of the logistics system of the enterprise; determine methodological approaches to the formation of an effective logistics system of the enterprise; provide organizational and economic characteristics of Philip Morris Sales and Distribution LLC; to analyze the state of product supply chain management in the logistics activities of the enterprise; to assess the level of reliability of the logistics system of the enterprise; to reveal conceptual approaches to the formation of an effective logistics system of the enterprise; evaluate the forecast scenarios of the efficiency of the logistics system of the enterprise in the future. The object of research is the process of forming an effective logistics system of a trading company. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and use of tools of the logistics system of the enterprise in the field of trade. Methods of research are dialectical, factorial, economic-statistical, monographic, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, abstract-logical. The scientific novelty of research: the concept and model of the organization of the integrated logistics system of the trade enterprise through modeling of scenarios of development of events and their influence on management of logistic processes and reception of synergetic effect are developed. The practical significance of the research is to develop theoretical and practical aspects of forming an effective logistics system of the enterprise based on improving the management of logistics processes and strengthening its impact on the efficiency of the enterprise in the trade sphere. The results of the research in terms of modeling the organization of an integrated logistics system in business have been introduced into the practice of the FMSD. Proposals for the application of a scenario approach to determining the amount of gross profit depending on changes in net income and cost of sales due to the impact of profits and costs of the trading company on the formation of reliability of the logistics system are taken into account with their subsequent implementation.
