Особливості управління ризиками у малому бізнесі

Abstract

Метою роботи є виявлення ризиків салону краси «Shandi» та проведення комплексу заходів з обробки ризиків. Об’єкт дослідження - управління ризиками. Предмет дослідження - методи та прийоми управління ризиками. У роботі розглянута сутність формування реєстру ризиків, обробки ризиків, виявлено підходи до управління ризиками сучасного підприємства. Представлена загальна характеристика салону краси «Shandi», зроблений аналіз та оцінка ризиків та збитків салону. Розроблений комплекс заходів з управління ризиками на прикладі салону краси «Shandi» та підвищення ефективності механізму управління ризиками.

The purpose of the work is to identify the risks of the "Shandi" beauty salon and carry out a set of risk management measures. The object of research is risk management. The subject of research is risk management methods and techniques. The paper examines the essence of risk register formation, risk processing, and approaches to risk management of a modern enterprise are identified. The general characteristics of the "Shandi" beauty salon are presented, the analysis and assessment of the salon's risks and losses is made. Developed a set of risk management measures based on the example of the "Shandi" beauty salon and increasing the effectiveness of the risk management mechanism.
