Abstract	Основною метою роботи є узагальнення теоретичного матеріалу з теми оплати праці, визначення недоліків та напрямів удосконалення цього напряму на приватному акціонерному товаристві «Житомирський консервний завод». Досліджено пpoцec opгaнiзaцiї та мeтoдoлoгiї oблiку розрахунків з оплати праці. Theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the organization of accounting and control of payroll calculations are investigated in the work. The main purpose of the work is to generalize the theoretical material on the topic of wages, identify shortcomings and areas for improvement in this area at the private joint-stock company "Zhytomyr Cannery". The process of organization and methodology of accounting for wages is studied.
