Abstract	У роботі досліджено теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти організації обліку і контролю виробничих витрат. Основною метою цього дослідження є розробка рекомендації щодо покращення обліку та контролю виробничих витрат. Досліджено стан обліку та контролю за виробничими витратами на підприємстві ПрАТ «Київська кондитерська фабрика "Рошен". The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the organization of accounting and control of production costs researched in this work. The main purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving accounting and control of production costs. The state of accounting and control over production costs at the enterprise РRJSС "КУIV СОNFЕСTІONЕГУ FАСTОГУ "ROSHEN" was studied.
