Abstract	Боргова безпека є невід’ємною складовою фінансової безпеки держави, а та в свою чергу є елементом економічної безпеки. Отже, за умови зміцнення боргової безпеки держави покращується стан як фінансової, так і економічної безпеки. Теоретичне висвітлення питання боргової безпеки держави є необхідною складовою в визначенні напрямку розвитку державної політики щодо ефективного управління державним боргом. Debt security is an integral component of the financial security of the state, which in turn is an element of economic security. Therefore, under the condition of strengthening the state's debt security, the state of both financial and economic security improves. Theoretical coverage of the issue of the state's debt security is a necessary component in determining the direction of the development of state policy regarding the effective management of the state debt.
