Під інноваційним підприємництвом розуміється процес створення та використання у комерційних цілях техніко-технологічних нововведень. В основному, інноваційна підприємницька діяльність базується на нововведеннях у сфері продукції, робіт і послуг, що дозволяють сформувати якісно інший ринок, сприяти задоволенню нових, навіть неординарних, суспільних потреб.

In the modern world, there are a number of countries that have achieved significant success by introducing new development models, exporting advanced ideas, methods and technologies, which are the basis of innovative entrepreneurship. Innovative entrepreneurship refers to the process of creating and using technical and technological innovations for commercial purposes. Basically, innovative entrepreneurial activity is based on innovations in the field of products, works and services, which make it possible to form a qualitatively different market, contribute to the satisfaction of new, even extraordinary, social needs.
