Abstract

Сучасні глобалізаційні процеси породжують ряд проблем на глобальному і національні рівні. Таким чином, конфлікт між національним і глобальним ринком єдиний рушійних сил трансформації сучасної світової економіки. Світ Фінансовий ринок найшвидше реагує на зміни, викликані глобальною трансформацією процеси. При цьому вона набуває все нових і нових кордонів залежно від реалії на макро- та мікрорівнях. Коли стає приватний фінансовий капітал особливо всемогутній, він може завдати шкоди добробуту будь-якої країни світу, незалежно від рівня її економічного розвитку чи географічного положення. Ось чому визначення основних проблем сучасного регулювання міжнародних фінансових ринків є надзвичайно актуальним і необхідним.

When private financial capital becomes particularly omnipotent, it can harm the well-being of any country in the world, regardless of its level of economic development or geographical location. That is why identifying the main problems of modern regulation of international financial markets is extremely relevant and necessary.
