Abstract	Гендерний дисбаланс – серйозна проблема двадцять першого століття, яка в різних аспектах утискає права половини населення планети. Це стосується не тільки до нерівної оплати праці, але й до більш серйозних і глибших проблем, які не мають жодного географія, вік чи раса. Gender imbalance is a serious problem of the twenty-first century, which in various aspects oppresses the rights of half of the world's population. This applies not only to unequal pay, but to more serious and deeper problems that have no boundaries of geography, age or race.
