Abstract	Неможливо переоцінити роль фінансування при проведенні угод щодо злиття та поглинання, оскільки наявність вільних фінансових засобів є вихідним пунктом ініціювання подібних угод. З іншого боку, платоспроможність компанії-покупця ретельно відстежується державними органами. Фінансування угод щодо злиття та поглинання - це вкладення коштів, що спрямовуються на «оплату» злиттів і поглинань. Рефінансування таких угод - це зміна умов оплати угоди, раніше передбачених у договорі. It is impossible to overestimate the role of financing in conducting M&A deals, since the availability of free financial means is the starting point for initiating such deals. On the other hand, the solvency of the buyer company is carefully monitored by government authorities. Financing of mergers and acquisitions is the investment of funds directed to the "payment" of mergers and acquisitions. Refinancing of such agreements is a change in the terms of payment of the agreement, previously stipulated in the contract.
