Abstract	У роботі досліджено теоретико-організаційні основи функціонування офшорного бізнесу та сутнісні аспекти поняття «офшорна зона». Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку офшорного бізнесу та особливості функціонування найбільших офшорних юрисдикцій. Розкрито вплив офшорних механізмів на економічну й фінансову безпеку України та визначено шляхи протидії офшоризації. The master’s thesis focuses on the theoretical and organizational bases of offshore business functioning and essential aspects of offshore zone concept. In the thesis the current state of offshore business development and the peculiarities of the largest offshore jurisdictions functioning are studied. The offshore mechanisms influence on the Ukraine’s economic and financial security is revealed and the ways of counteracting offshorization are determined.
