Роль банківського сектору в розвитку «зеленого» фінансування

Abstract

Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Негативний вплив людства на довкілля – величезна проблема сучасності, яка погіршує кліматичні умови та несе негативний вплив на існування цивілізації. Пристальна увага світу до погіршення стану навколишнього середовища та поява проблем з екологією потребує розробки нових економічних факторів та інструментів формування екологічної політики, бо однією з важливих складових економічної будь–якої країни є саме збереження довкілля. За умов угод міжнародних екологічних асоціацій Україна приєдналась до групи країн, які стало розвивають «зелену» економіку, що забезпечує задовільний рівень достатку для усіх суб’єктів, враховуючи усі екологічні обмеження. Жвавий розвиток людства та зростання його потенціалу спричинили занепад природних ресурсів планети та збільшення значних ризиків екології. Тому перед людством постають задачі, від розв’язання яких залежить майбутнє планети. Поривання великих компаній наростити прибутки веде до знехтування проблем охорони природи, бережливого вживання природних ресурсів та спричиняє погані наслідки як регіонального, так і національного характеру, з якими одній країні впоратись самотужки неможливо. І якраз «зелені» фінанси виступають економічним засобом впливу на вирішення екологічних проблем. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: дослідження теоретичних та практичних аспектів розвитку «зелених» фінансів в банківському секторі. Об’єкт дослідження: процес реалізації «зелених» фінансів в банківському секторі України. Предмет дослідження: організація процесу реалізації «зеленого» фінансування в банківському секторі України. Основний результат роботи: аналіз розвитку «зелених» фінансів та позитивний ефект від застосування фінансових інструментів «зеленої» економіки в світі засвідчує про запровадження, але ще недостатній розвиток сфери «зелених» фінансів в Україні, що потребує їх подальшого дослідження і трансформації фінансової системи.

Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. The negative impact of humanity on the environment is a huge problem of modern times, which worsens climatic conditions and has a negative impact on the existence of civilization. The close attention of the world to the deterioration of the environment and the emergence of environmental problems requires the development of new economic factors and tools for the formation of environmental policy, because one of the important components of the economy of any country is the preservation of the environment itself. In accordance with the agreements of international environmental associations, Ukraine has joined the group of countries that are sustainably developing a green economy that ensures a satisfactory level of prosperity for all actors, taking into account all environmental constraints. The rapid development of mankind and the growth of its potential have led to the decline of the planet's natural resources and an increase in significant environmental risks. Therefore, humanity is facing challenges that affect the future of the planet. The desire of large companies to increase profits leads to the neglect of environmental protection and the prudent use of natural resources, and causes negative consequences of both regional and national nature that cannot be handled by one country alone. And green finance is an economic means of influencing the solution of environmental problems. The purpose of the qualification work: to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of green finance in the banking sector. Object of research: the process of implementing green finance in the banking sector of Ukraine. The subject of the study: the organization of the process of implementation of "green" financing in the banking sector of Ukraine. The main result of the work: the analysis of the development of "green" finance and the positive effect of the use of financial instruments of the "green" economy in the world attests to the introduction, but still insufficient development of the sphere of "green" finance in Ukraine, which requires their further research and transformation of the financial system.
