Проблеми забезпечення економічної стабільності: міжнародний досвід та Україна

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми забезпечення економічної стабільності в Україні та зарубіжних країнах. Метою статті є оцінювання рівня економічної стабільності України та зарубіжних країн, а також дослідження проблем забезпечення еко-номічної стабільності в сучасних умовах. Зазначено, що економічна стабільність країни залежить від процесу розробки та реалізації загальноекономічної політики. Важливим є врахування зарубіжного досвіду економічного регулювання, спрямова-ного на розвиток економічної системи та його узгодження із ключовими макроекономічними індикаторами та можливості його застосування в Україні. Встановлено, що на економічну стабільність країни впливає сукупність різноманітних чинників: рівень ВВП, рівень інфляції, рівень доходів населення, стабільність національної валюти, політична й економічна ситуація в країні, досконалість законодавства, система фінансового моніторингу в країні, стан платіжного балансу. В статті про-аналізовано окремі макроекономічні індикатори, які відображають рівень розвитку країни та її економічний добробут: обсяг ВВП, обсяг ВВП на одну особу, рівень інфляції. Порівняння обсягів ВВП різних країн як загалом, так і на одну особу, дозволяє виявляти тенденції та параметри якості життя, рівень добробуту, а також формувати орієнтири загально-економічної політики країни на перспективу, визначати стратегічні та тактичні цілі соціально-економічного розвитку держави. Прові-вши порівняння обсягу ВВП України з іншими країнами, було встановлено, що за рівнем економічного розвитку Україна зна-чно відстає від європейських країн. Динаміка обсягу ВВП на одну особу в Україні також значно відстає як від європейських країн, так і країн колишнього Радянського Союзу. Проаналізовано динаміку зміни рівня цін в Україні та окремих європейських країнах. Встановлено, що рівень інфляції суттєво посилився не лише в Україні, але і в інших європейських країнах через війну в Україні. Інфляція в багатьох країнах стрімко зросла, що викликано стрімким зростанням цін на енергоносії, продовольство та сировину, нестачею робочої сили та перебоями з постачанням.

The article examines the problems of ensuring economic stability in Ukraine and foreign countries. Ensuring economic stability is a key issue for governments in both developed and developing countries. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the level of economic stability of Ukraine and foreign countries, as well as to study the problems of ensuring economic stability in modern conditions. It is noted that the economic stability of the country as a whole depends on the process of development and implementation of general economic policy. Balanced economic development involves the application of a set of economic stabilization measures, the constituent elements of which are the use of monetary, fiscal, currency instruments. It is important to take into account the foreign experience of economic regulation aimed at the development of the economic system and its coordination with key macroeconomic indicators and the possibility of its application in Ukraine. It was established that financial stability and the development of the country's economy are interdependent correlated indicators, when a change in the state of one has a huge impact on the functioning of the other. The economic stability of the country is influenced by a combination of various factors: the level of GDP, the level of inflation, the level of income of the population, the stability of the national currency, the political and economic situation in the country, the perfection of legislation, the system of financial monitoring in the country, the state of the balance of payments. The article analyzes individual macroeconomic indicators that reflect the level of development of the country and its economic well-being: the volume of GDP, the volume of GDP per person, the level of inflation. Comparing the GDP of different countries, both in general and per person, allows you to identify trends and parameters of the quality of life, the level of well-being, as well as to form guidelines for the general economic policy of the country for the future, to determine the strategic and tactical goals of the socio-economic development of the state. After comparing the volume of GDP of Ukraine with other countries, it was established that in terms of the level of economic development, Ukraine lags far behind European countries. The dynamics of the volume of GDP per person in Ukraine is also significantly behind both European countries and the countries of the former Soviet Union. The dynamics of price level changes in Ukraine and certain European countries were analyzed. It was established that the level of inflation increased significantly not only in Ukraine, but also in other European countries due to the war in Ukraine. Inflation has soared in many countries, driven by soaring energy, food and commodity prices, labor shortages and supply disruptions.
