Abstract

Кожна країна світу має кардинально різні показники розвитку в різних сферах життя таких як права власності на рухоме та не рухоме майно, судова ефективність, чесність обраного уряду, податковий тягар, державні витрати, свобода бізнесу, свобода праці, грошова свобода, свобода торгівлі, свобода інвестицій, фінансова свобода. Ці показники і формують державу як сутність ефективна держава є бажаною для всі громадян своєї держави. Але не кожна країна ефективна в усіх аспектах розвитку одразу. Знання о ефективності своєї країни в одному аспекті дасть можливість на послідовний розвиток всіх інших складових країни. Метою дослідження є визначення можливого граничного рівня ефективності серед групи країн світу також створення рекомендацій по досягненню гранично можливого рівня ефективності щодо ведення бізнес процесів в цих країнах. Знаходження визначень понять бізнес процесу та інноваційний бізнес-процес.
