Управління логістичними витратами компанії

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційноїї роботи є дослідження аспектів управління логістичними витратами в умовах функціонування конкретної компанії з метою їх оптимізації. Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є логістичні витрати компанії ТОВ «Карбон Інвест». Предмет дослідження – теоретичні основи і практичні аспекти оптимізації логістичних витрат на виробничому підприємстві ТОВ «Карбон Інвест». Практичне значення роботи полягає у наданні практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації логістиних витрат реальної компанії в сучасних умовах. Методи дослідження. Теоретичною та методологічною основою дослідження стали фундаментальні положення економічної теорії, законодавчі та нормативні акти України, монографії, наукові статті вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених. В роботі використано як загальнонаукові, так і спеціальні методи досліджень. Під час розробки та впровадження напрямів оптимізації логістичних витрат використовувались методи систематизації, тощо. Інформаційною базою досліджень стали дані статистичної та фінансової звітності підприємства, дані мережі Internet, власні аналітичні розрахунки. Обробка даних здійснювалась за допомогою сучасних інформаційних технологій.

The purpose of her qualification work is to study the aspects of logistics cost management in the conditions of operation of a specific company with the aim of optimizing them. The object of research of this paper is the logistics costs of Carbon Invest LLC. The subject of the research is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of optimizing logistics costs at the production enterprise of Carbon Invest LLC. The practical significance of the work consists in providing practical recommendations for optimizing the logistics costs of a real company in modern conditions. Research methods. The fundamental provisions of economic theory, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine, monographs, scientific articles of domestic and foreign scientists became the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. Both general scientific and special research methods were used in the work. Systematization methods, etc., were used during the development and implementation of logistics cost optimization directions. The data of statistical and financial reporting of the enterprise, data of the Internet network, own analytical calculations became the information base of the research. Data processing was carried out using modern information technologies.
