Вивчення стану шкільного харчування в Україні

Abstract

Структура та обсяг кваліфікаційної роботи: дипломна робота викладена на 57 сторінках, складається із наступних розділів: вступ, огляд літературних джерел, результати власного дослідження (містять 31 діаграму та 12 таблиць), висновки, список використаних джерел (29 найменувань, 5 с.), додатки (2 анкети, 8 с.; Пропозиції щодо вирішення проблем шкільного харчування у Сумському районі, 2 с.). Актуальність: останнім часто сфера шкільного харчування показувала свій занепад, а одже потребувала негайного реформування. Тому так важливо визначити вплив нових реформ у харчувані закладів освіти на дану ситуацію. Мета: вивчення стану шкільного харчування в Україні за умови впровадження шкільної реформи, дослідження впливу нових раціонів харчування на організм школярів в школах Сумського району та розробка рекомендації для покращення харчування. Методи дослідження: аналітичний метод щодо доступних джерел з досліджуваної проблеми, шляхом вивчення сучасних Законів України, національних нормативних документів, наукової літератури, описовий, соціологічне опитування шляхом анкетування і статистичний. Результати: аналіз нормативних документів, наукової літератури та результатів власного дослідження дав змогу виявити проблеми в організації шкільного харчування Сумського району, а також розробити пропозиції що допоможуть позбутися цих проблем.

The structure and the scope of the qualification work: the thesis is laid out on 59 pages, consists of the following sections: Introduction, Review of Literary Sources, Results of the own Research (contains 31 diagrams and 12 tables), Conclusions, List of references (29 titles, 5 pp.), Appendices (2 questionnaires, 8 pp.; Proposals for Solving the Issue of school Meals in the Sumy Region, 2 pp.). Relevance: recently, the sphere of school meals has shown its decline, and therefore needed corresponding reformation. Therefore, it is important to determine the influence of the new reforms in the nutrition in educational institutions on the problem. Purpose: to study the state of school nutrition in Ukraine in case of the implementation of school reform, to investigate the impact of new diets on the bodies of schoolchildren in Sumy district schools, and to develop recommendations for nutrition improvement. Research methods: analytical method regarding available sources on the research problem, by studying modern laws of Ukraine, national normative documents, scientific literature, descriptive, sociological survey by questionnaire and statistical. Results: the analysis of regulatory documents, scientific literature and the results of own research provide an opportunity to identify problems in the organization of school nutrition in the Sumy district, as well as to develop proposals that will allow to solve these problems.
