Цифровізація як фактор підвищення конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств

Abstract

Стрімкий розвиток комп’ютерних технологій, ІТ-систем та цифрового забезпечення різних процесів заполонив світ та став однією з ключових тенденцій розвитку сучасності. Цифровізація охоплює багато сфер життя і економіка не є виключенням. Впровадження цифрових технологій стали основним напрямком та перспективою розвитку нового етапу в економіці та світового господарства загалом, зі своїми унікальними технологіями та можливостями. Тому наразі цей напрям вимагає особливої уваги, що й зумовлює актуальність обраної теми. Метою дипломної роботи є дослідження та аналіз економічних переваг цифровізації, що зможуть забезпечити високу конкурентоспроможну позицію Українським підприємствам та вивести їх на новий рівень. Для досягнення мети було поставлено такі завдання: – охарактеризувати загальні засади цифровізації та використовувані технології в концепції Industry 4.0; – описати функції, які виконує цифровізація в економічних процесах; – виділити переваги та звернути увагу на недоліки цифровізації, з якими можуть зіштовхнутися підприємства, споживачі та суспільство загалом; – сформувати показники та фактори, що можуть позитивно впливати та сприяти стійкості вітчизняних підприємств на ринках; – проаналізувати загальний стан цифровізації України в світових трендах на основі різноманітних рейтингів, оцінок, опитувань, тенденцій та динамік розвитку.

The rapid development of computer technologies, IT systems and digital support of various processes has swept the world and has become one of the key trends in the development of the modern world. Digitization covers many spheres of life and the economy is no exception. The implementation of digital technologies has become the main direction and perspective of the development of a new stage in the economy and the world economy in general, with its unique technologies and capabilities. Therefore, this direction currently requires special attention, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The aim of the thesis is research and analysis of the economic advantages of digitization, which will be able to provide a high competitive position to Ukrainian entrepreneurs and bring them to a new level. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: – describe the general principles of digitization and the technologies used in the concept of Industry 4.0; – describe the functions performed by digitalization in economic processes; – highlight the advantages and pay attention to the disadvantages of digitalization, which may be faced by enterprises, consumers and society in general; - to form indicators and factors that can positively influence and contribute to the stability of domestic enterprises in the markets; - to analyze the general state of digitization of Ukraine in global trends based on various ratings, assessments, surveys, trends and dynamics of development.
