Особливості управління персоналом підприємства

Abstract

Мета роботи: розгляд основних аспектів управління персоналом підприємств у сфері послуг, виявлення особливостей цього процесу та розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління персоналом у цій сфер. Відповідно до поставленої мети були виконані такі завдання: ⎯ Вивчити теоретичні аспекти управління персоналом у сфері послуг. ⎯ Вивчити специфіку кадрів сфери послуг та вимоги до них. ⎯ Розгляньте процес набору та відбору працівників сфери послуг. ⎯ Вивчити питання мотивації та стимулювання персоналу даної сфери. ⎯ Розглянемо питання розвитку та навчання персоналу сфери послуг. ⎯ Вивчити особливості управління конфліктами та вирішення проблем у колективі в цій сфері. Предметом дослідження є відносини, що виникають при взаємодії між керівництвом та персоналом підприємства Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність «ЖК Софіївськи Липки», а саме, процеси, принципи та інструменти, що використовуються для керування робочою силою та впливу на ефективність організації.

The purpose of the work: consideration of the main aspects of personnel management of enterprises in the service sector, identification of the peculiarities of this process and development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of personnel management in these areas. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were performed: ⎯ To study the theoretical aspects of personnel management in the service sector. ⎯ Study the specifics of personnel in the service sector and their requirements. ⎯ Consider the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the service sector. ⎯ Study the issue of motivation and stimulation of personnel in this field. ⎯ We will consider the issue of development and training of personnel in the service sector. ⎯ To study the peculiarities of conflict management and problem solving in team in this field. The subject of the research is the relationship that arises during the interaction between the management and the personnel of the enterprise The object of the study is the activity of ZhK Sofiivsky Lypka, namely, the processes, principles and tools used to manage the workforce and influence the effectiveness of the organization.
